How do you charge?
Omadik works on a variety of contract bases and tailor our billing to our clients’ needs. Some clients are hourly, some project-based, and some retainer. We are happy to work with you and your budget.
Do you have any other services?
Yes. Our experts have decades of experience in a myriad of industries and roles. If we cannot services you, we will be transparent about it and help get you a referral to help you.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our typical policy is 30 days notice in writing for both parties.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice via email with a link to either pay through our service or a direct deposit.
Am I charged for the first conversation?
No. We do not charge for our initial conversation with you. We would much rather get an idea of your needs and determine how we can help you.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can. Please contact our customer support and provide your purchase number.
